Useage
The KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bar needs to be positioned at the very bottom left of the page or screen so that it bleeds off the left & right side and bottom.

The KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bar always appears at the bottom of the page except for circumstances where the logo would be visually blocked. Please contact Nancy Hunt-Weber at (415) 546-2091 for correct useage in these cases.

On an 8.5 x 11 piece, the maximum height of the KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bar is 5/8" (.6" decimal). Using this as the standard, proportion the bar up for sizes larger than 8.5x11.

No matter what the width of the final product, the co-brand bar can never be less than .45" in height. The minimum height for the KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bar on the web is 50 pixels.

Position the co-brand bar so that the word KIMPTON is indented by the width of the letter "K" from the left edge of the page.

The 800 # and web address is indented from the right edge by the same measurement as on the left (see figure 1-1).

There are 4 KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bars. These bars are to be used as follows:

1.The KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bar with the 800 # and the web address is preferred and should be used whenever possible.

2. If size constraints will not allow version #1 to fit properly, please use the bar with the web address only (see figure 1-1).

3. This option features the pillars "care, comfort, style flavor, fun" (see figure 1-1). Use only if the 800 # & web address appear prominently in the text of the document.

4. If size is extremely limited, 800#, web address or "pillars" do not have to be used (see figure 1-4).

The KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bar downloads in blue however, it can be changed to the color of the hotel brand (see figures 1-2 through 1-4).

The KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bar, a city list, 800# and web address appear on the backs of all hotel business cards (see figure 1-4). This information takes up the entire back surface area and is standard to all properties. Dye cut business cards can be an exception and will be handled on a case by case basis.

For a document that is produced on a desktop printer and cannot bleed off the page or is on a non-bleed advertisement, simulate a bleed with a border that consists of a fine line to which the KIMPTON "every hotel tells a story" co-brand bar would butt (see figure 1-5).
